She teaches students computational thinking and focuses on the real-world applications of problem-solving. She has been repositioned so that she can be a positive influence for the youth in her community. She is currently working on her Teaching Certification at Grand Canyon University. She is the wife of a Little League Commissioner, so she spends lots of her time with the youth in her community.
One of her greatest accomplishments, besides being a mother, is being the Founder of SC Precious Jewels, a teen girls’ empowerment program. Established in 2013, to provide young ladies with an opportunity to grow socially and personally, SC Precious Jewels embraces the nature of young ladies. It encompasses community service, leadership development, etiquette workshops, and social activities. SC Precious Jewels help create lifestyle changes that young ladies can use for the duration of their lives. SC Precious Jewels is a sisterhood, a place that a young lady can call her own.
My mother is one of the bravest, strongest women known to man. She makes the ultimate sacrifices to make sure I’m happy, no matter what it is, and she loves me unconditionally. She would always speak wisdom and knowledge, no matter the situation. She’s always reminding me about how I’m destined for greatness and to be honest with you, I can’t be destined for something so great without my mother by my side. She has such a beautiful soul, and with her kind and caring heart, she is simply perfect for me. God knew exactly what He was doing when He chose us to be mother and child. We’re connected as if we are twins and she’s my best friend. I Love her so much.
N.T. Orr loves to have fun, and her personality says it all. She is considered a mother of many, thanks to her children, her students, her teen girls and her little league athletes.
